Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, 2 swimming pools heated (8 x 4 m, depth 160 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 15.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, roof terrace, washing machine. 90 m long steep motor access to the house. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, pebble beach 7.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 29 km from the property. Private:outdoor kitchen (2 hot plates, refrigerator).

There is a lake/open water less than 7,5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Anna (CKV350) in Bribir you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
