Private: property 1'000 m2, wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (17 m2, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, pergola (10 m2), barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, air conditioning. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
