General

The holiday home for 12 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is an air conditioner, a terrace, a sauna, a barbecue, a jacuzzi, a swimming pool (heated, private, outdoors) and fitness equipment. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 1 ceramic glass hob hotplate, 3 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2nd upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and satellite TV. Terrace 20 m2, terrace 16 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: safe, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). One house with living/dining area, open kitchen and bedroom on the ground floor and one bedroom on the first floor. Second house with open kitchen and dining room on the ground floor, living/dining area and open kitchen on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the second floor. On the ground floor: wine cellar (wine degustation, extra).

Rustic, comfortable single-family house "Jerini Estate", 3 storeys. In the hamlet Bajčići 10 km from the centre of Krk, in a quiet, sunny position, 5.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 2'500 m2, wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular, heated (10 x 5 m, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace (140 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, fitness room, spa area, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: airfield 22 km from the property. Private: swimming pool (17 m2, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. The unit consists of 2 houses rented as one unit. Washing machine, tumble dryer situated in a separate, small house.

There is a lake/open water less than 5,5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Jerini Estate in Bajčići you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
