Exit to the balcony. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and satellite TV. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Heating available only from 15.09. to 15.05. 4 balconies 3 m2, terrace 25 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs, box-room. Facilities: safe, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).
Single-family house "Magna Tilia", 3 storeys. In the hamlet Stolac 16 km from the centre of Senj, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 16 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 1'500 m2 with wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace (130 m2), barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 6 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 16 km, supermarket 16 km, restaurant 9 km, bicycle rental 16 km, pebble beach 16 km, concrete beach 16 km. Cycle lane 20 m. Groups of teenagers on request only. Organizing a party is not allowed. By groups of young people double deposit is requested on arrival.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
