Exit to the terrace. Luggage room. Open kitchen (oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, 2 gas rings, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Terrace 55 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Very beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free).
3-family house "Starigrad". 300 m from the centre, 20 km from the centre of Sveti Juraj, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 30 m from the sea, 30 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property 720 m2 (fenced), plants. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 20 km, restaurant 13 km, rocky beach, concrete beach 30 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
