The holiday home for 12 persons has five bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden (fenced), an air conditioner, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a balcony, a terrace, a table tennis table and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a freezer and a washing machine.

Above Lukovo 21 km from the centre of Senj, 22 km from the centre of Jablanac (island Rab), in a sunny, elevated position, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. Private: property 720 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (8 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.) with internal staircase. Terrace (15 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. There is a lake/open water less than 4 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Marita in Lukovo you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
