Electric heating. Terrace 50 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the river. Facilities: safe, mosquito net, baby cot, hair dryer, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Fire extinguisher.
Gornji Zvečaj: Single-family house "Pixie House", 2 storeys. 12 km from the centre of Duga Resa, 100 km from the sea, 80 m from the river. Private: property 765 m2 with lawn. Hot tub, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: internet access. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 950 m, pebble beach 100 km. Nearby attractions: Old Town Bosiljevo 18 km, Old town Novigrad na Dobri 16 km. Please note: suitable for families. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
