Franjo Tudman International Airport in Zagreb is just a 1 hour and 50-minute drive away as is Zadar Airport.

The house, accommodating up to six guests, is primarily constructed of oak, featuring wooden floors, walls, and ceilings. On the ground floor, you'll find a generous living area equipped with a sofa, armchair, flatscreen TV, and a wood-burning stove, along with French windows that open onto the front terrace. Adjacent to the living space is the dining area, which comfortably seats six, next to the well-equipped open-plan kitchen that includes an induction hob, oven, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, and kettle.

An open wooden staircase leads to an additional sitting room on the upper floor, complete with a large sofa, flatscreen TV, and a bedroom. The master bedroom includes a double bed, dressing table, flatscreen TV, and wardrobe. The second bedroom, located under the eaves, is a cozy space featuring both a double bed and a single bed. Additionally, the living room's sofa can be converted into a comfortable double bed for extra sleeping arrangements. The first bathroom on the ground floor is spacious and includes a sauna, large shower, basin, and WC. The second bathroom, situated on the first floor, offers a glass shower, basin, and WC.

Visitors can hike through the lush trails of Plitvice Lakes National Park, exploring its mesmerizing waterfalls and serene lakes. The nearby village of Rastoke provides opportunities for swimming and relaxation along the picturesque banks of the Korana River. Additionally, travelers can indulge in the region's culinary delights by visiting local family farms to purchase fresh ingredients, perfect for a self-catering experience.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
