Private: property 1'000 m2, small garden with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, terrace (15 m2), garden furniture. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 5 km, restaurant 6 km, bus stop 260 m, pebble beach 20 km. Walking paths from the house 200 m, cycle lane 250 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

There is a lake/open water less than 20 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Mia in Režanci you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
