Private: property 900 m2 (fenced) with beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (4 x 9 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, restaurant 80 m, café 2 km, bus stop 2.7 km, pebble beach 16 km, rocky beach 16 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 50 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

There is a lake/open water less than 16 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Ardiletta in Rakovci you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
