General

The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a fireplace. In addition there is a barbecue, a garden, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), an air conditioner and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Private: property 6'000 m2, garden with lawn and wildlife garden, pond, swimming pool (above ground) (5 m diameter, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 04.May. - 12.Oct.). Outdoor shower, volleyball, badminton, barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. Breakfast possible on request (extra). Motor access to the house (200 m via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
