Single-family house "Villa KIM", 2 storeys, renovated in 2018. In the hamlet Brest pod Učkom 6 km from the centre of Lupoglav, 20 km from the centre of Buzet, 32 km from the centre of Opatija, in a quiet, sunny position, 32 km from the sea. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced) with lawn 50 m2 wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, depth 110 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 05.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (20 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 6 km, restaurant 6 km, pebble beach 32 km, public bathing area 32 km. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood. The house is situated in a remote village, within the Nature park Učka. Organizing a party is not allowed. Video surveillance of the property.

There is a lake/open water less than 32 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Staraj in Brest pod Učkom you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
