Private: property 1'300 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, 28 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 24.Apr. - 25.Sep.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises, single garage. Shop 7 km, pebble beach 7 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Private:outdoor kitchen (refrigerator, barbecue). The house consists of 3 apartments rented as one unit: one apartment on the ground floor, second apartment on the first floor and third apartment on the second floor.

There is a lake/open water less than 1,4 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Haus Casa Filip & Katja (MOD119) in Zagorje you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
