The apartments are located 30 minutes (on foot) from the seashore. A grocery store and several restaurants are also in the vicinity and the town center is just 20 minutes away (on foot).

By boat you can visit the Brijuni Islands National Park or Pula and Medulin, both well-known tourist resorts. Here you will also find the Peninsula Cape, a large and protected natural area.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
