Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, satellite TV and air conditioning. Terrace 15 m2, roofed terrace 12 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 50 m, pebble beach 3 km. Please note: airfield 50 km from the property.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
