The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is an air conditioner, a barbecue, a tennis court, a jacuzzi, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a terrace, a garden and fitness equipment. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a freezer and a washing machine.

There is a lake/open water less than 5 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Debora in Vodnjan you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
