Private: property 1'200 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 27.Mar. - 05.Nov.). Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, pebble beach 10 km. On request: airport transfer to the holiday accommodation. Please note: airfield 50 km from the property. The house consists of 2 apartments rented as one unit.

There is a lake/open water less than 10 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Haus Jurican (KST417) in Višnjan you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
