Višnjan 10 km from Poreč: Modern, beautiful villa "Anna", 2 storeys. 300 m from the centre of Višnjan, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 11 km from the sea. Private: property 1'150 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (5 x 10 m, depth 125 - 145 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Table tennis, pergola, barbecue. In the house: internet access, table football, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 200 m, restaurant 400 m, pebble beach 11 km. Tennis 10 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 100 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
