Upper floor: (exterior staircase) living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 french bed (180 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. When booking is for maximum 6 people, the first floor remains closed. 1 bedroom on the ground floor with entrance door to the shower/WC and sauna. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, one floor will not be available for use.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
