For shared use: property 15'000 m2 with lawn and trees. Private: property 4'000 m2 with lawn, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 04.Apr. - 06.Nov.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. Parking on the premises. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
