Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/bidet/WC and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Forced-air heating. Barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Facilities: safe, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). External, separate entrance for bedrooms.

Beautiful single-family house "Mala Mare", 2 storeys, renovated in 2019. In the hamlet Regulići 4 km from the centre of Barban, in a quiet, sunny position, 10 km from the sea. Private: property 250 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, 21 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 16.Apr. - 10.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (10 m2), garden furniture. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2.5 km, pebble beach 12 km, rocky beach 10 km. Riding stable 12 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Nearby attractions: adrenaline park 10 km, adventure park 10 km. Please note: airfield 27 km from the property. By groups of young people double deposit is requested on arrival.

There is a lake/open water less than 10 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Mala Mare in Vadreš you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
