Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2.2 km, supermarket 2.2 km, restaurant 3 km, rocky beach 9 km. Marina 26 km, riding stable 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

There is a lake/open water less than 5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Haus Baretuni (LBN390) in Vadreš you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
