The holiday home for 6 persons has four bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders) and a DVD player. In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a barbecue, a jacuzzi, a garden (fenced), an air conditioner and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Private: property 650 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (14 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, hot tub, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Motor access to the house (300 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 500 m, restaurant 200 m, pebble beach 2 km, rocky beach 2 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

There is a lake/open water less than 2 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Santa Marina in Vabriga you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
