No heating option. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage (2 cars). Low placed windows in the bedroooms with sloping ceilings.

Private: property 1'000 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 14.May. - 24.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 3.5 km, bus stop 1.4 km, rocky beach 21 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Airfield 35 km from the property.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
