This high-quality, beautiful "Villa Jomi" is located just 2.5 km from the beach and is located in the town of Tar-Vabriga near Porec. The villa is on the outskirts of Tar.

Up to 9 people can be accommodated on a total living space of 150 m². The house consists of 4 bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom, guest toilet, washing machine, fully equipped open kitchen with large dining table and living room with pull-out sofa and fireplace. Outside there is a beautiful terrace with access to the private pool. The house also has a beautiful balcony with a view of nature, which can be accessed from 2 bedrooms.

"Villa Jomi" uses solar energy, is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi. Parking spaces are also available.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
