The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a terrace, a swimming pool (heated, private, outdoors), a barbecue, an air conditioner and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Private: property 1'200 m2 with wildlife garden, swimming pool angular, heated (9 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 23.Mar. - 30.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. 200 m long motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 5 km, pebble beach 9 km. Please note: airfield 45 km from the property. Swimming pool heated (extra). It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required. Sunken seating area with fire pit. By groups of young people double deposit is requested on arrival.

There is a lake/open water less than 9 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Villa Shea in Sveti Bartul you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
