Pi_an is a historical, quiet, medieval resort, in the interior of the region. It is also 20 minutes from Pazin, 45 minutes from Rabac, and about an hour from Rovinj. The nearest shop is within walking distance. The closest airport is Rijeka International Airport, approximately a 75-minute drive from this holiday home in Istria.

Inside, the villa is split into two levels and features an open-plan living area with a Smart TV and an ambient dining area with an open hearth fireplace. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and fridge with freezer to facilitate a carefree vacation. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
