In the hamlet Črnci 3 km from the centre of Buzet, 19 km from the centre of Motovun, in a quiet, sunny position, 42 km from the sea, 3 km from the river, in the countryside. Private: property 1'000 m2, garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (above ground) (3 x 6 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station 6 km, pebble beach 42 km, diving center 42 km, thermal baths "Istarske Toplice" 12 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, cycle lane 100 m, fishing possibilities 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
