The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, a double sofa bed, two single beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a fitness equipment, a trampoline, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue, a swimming pool, a garden and a terrace and there are four air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three washbasins, four showers and three toilets.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a dishwasher, an oven and a stove.

Nature lovers will not want to miss these destinations: the Kamenjak Nature Park (a wonder of nature, located in the south of Istria, in the town of Premantura) and the Brijuni Islands National Park (with their rich natural and cultural heritage and historical). Children will have fun in the Glavani park adventure park (9 km from the villa), but there are also the marine aquarium in Pula and the water parks in Novigrad and Porec.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
