General

The holiday home for 9 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with a single folding bed, two double beds, two single beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a TV. In addition there is a balcony, a garden, a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool and a barbecue and there are five air conditioners. The badroom is equipped with a bath with shower, three showers, three washbasins and three toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker (espresso machine), an oven and a microwave.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms with balconies overlooking the pool and the sea and two bathrooms.

The medieval town of Labin with museums, a market, nice restaurants and shops is 13 km away. Various events are also organized here during the summer. At the Tunarica campsite (5 km) is the nearest beach with water sports and a small supermarket. Rabac's beaches are 20 minutes' drive away. In the village of Trget there is a popular fish restaurant right by the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
