The holiday home for 9 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a terrace, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), an air conditioner, a barbecue, a table tennis table and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and playground equipment.

In the hamlet Vlakovo 15 km from the centre of Labin, in a quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: table tennis, children's playground (slide, swing). Private: property 700 m2, garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 20.Oct.). Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower. In the house: internet access, table football, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, restaurant 4 km, pebble beach 4 km, rocky beach 4 km. Walking paths from the house 20 m, cycle lane 25 m. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The owner can arrange boat trips (on request, extra).

There is a lake/open water less than 4 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Deborah in Stanišovi you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
