The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a terrace, a swimming pool (with children's pool, private, outdoors), an air conditioner, a barbecue and a table tennis table. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Upper floor: entrance hall with air conditioning. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 180 - 300 cm with 1 double bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 180 - 300 cm with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), TV. 2 terraces covered. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Semi-detached house "Poje", 3 storeys. In the hamlet Škropeti 3 km from the centre of Karojba, 9 km from the centre of Motovun, 27 km from the centre of Poreč, 27 km from the sea. Private: property 1'200 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 3 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Paddling pool, outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace (9 m2), garden furniture, barbecue (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 8 km, bus stop 12 km, railway station 12 km, rocky beach 27 km. Marina 27 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

There is a lake/open water less than 27 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Haus Poje (MVN251) in Škropeti you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
