Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Private: property 1'200 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 3 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Paddling pool, outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace (9 m2), garden furniture, barbecue (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 8 km, rocky beach 27 km. Marina 27 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

There is a lake/open water less than 27 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Haus Poje (MVN251) in Škropeti you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
