On the lower ground floor: dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), air conditioning. Exit to the swimming pool. Semi-detached house "Reaa", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Šajini 8 km from the centre of Barban, 25 km from the centre of Pula, in a quiet position, 12 km from the sea. Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), garden with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool angular (23 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, table tennis, table football, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 300 m, restaurant 5 km, pebble beach 12 km, rocky beach 12 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
