Private: property 4'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (60 m2, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Shower/WC in the pool area, pool house with fridge and cooking stove, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. There is a lake/open water less than 12 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Mega in Šajini you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
