Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), garden with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 300 m, restaurant 5 km, pebble beach 12 km, rocky beach 12 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
