The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a barbecue, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a garden (fenced), a patio, a tennis court, a terrace and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Child friendly, beautiful single-family house "Villa Bernard", 2 storeys. 3 km from the centre of Rovinj, in a quiet, sunny position, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, pergola (18 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, trampoline, burglar alarm system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to the house (550 m via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 150 m, pebble beach, rocky beach, outdoor swimming pool, public bathing area 500 m. Surf school, tennis 500 m, walking paths from the house 50 m, cycle lane 100 m. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Organizing a party is not allowed. The unit consists of big main house and small house, rented as one unit.

There is a lake/open water less than 500 meter. You can also relax, because near Villa Bernard in Rovinj you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
