The holiday home for 9 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a terrace, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), an air conditioner, a garden (fenced), a balcony, a jacuzzi, a barbecue, a table tennis table, a sauna and a patio. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (180 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. With sloping ceilings, open kitchen (4 hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. Bath/WC with corner bath. Balcony, terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. On the ground floor: konoba with dining table and open-hearth fireplace.

In the hamlet Rogovići 2 km from the centre of Tar, 4 km from the centre of Kaštelir, 13 km from the centre of Poreč, 4.5 km from the sea, 4.5 km from the beach. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 04.Apr. - 19.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, hot tub, table tennis, basketball, arbour, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, roof terrace, washing machine. Available: bicycles (2). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, pebble beach 4.5 km, rocky beach 4.5 km. Children's playground 50 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

There is a lake/open water less than 4,5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Haus Petar (KST253) in Rogovići you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
