Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room 60 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/bidet/WC, shower/WC. No heating option. View of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, safe, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).

Krnica 22 km from Pula: 2-family house "Nina", built in 2018. In the hamlet Beloći 7 km from the centre of Krnica, 7 km from the centre of Barban, 26 km from the centre of Rabac, in a quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. For shared use: property 800 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and plants. Terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, trampoline, storage room for bicycles. Available: bicycles (4). Parking at the house on the premises. Electric vehicle charging station. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
