The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders) and a fireplace. Private: property 1'500 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (9 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 04.Apr. - 06.Nov.) with internal staircase. Paddling pool, outdoor shower, volleyball, terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue (swing, sandbox), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, trampoline, central heating system, washing machine. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, restaurant 2 km, pebble beach 19 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

There is a lake/open water less than 19 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Haus Nevenka (MVN201) in Rakotule you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
