Forced-air heating. Terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 2 small pets/ dogs allowed.
Single-family house "Mimosa", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Rakalj 25 km from the centre of Pula, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. Private: property 300 m2 with wildlife garden, swimming pool (above ground) (20 m2, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, restaurant 1 km, pebble beach 4 km.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
