The holiday home for 10 persons has six bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with two double sofa beds, four double beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with seven televisions. In addition there is a terrace, a barbecue, a swimming pool, a garden, a set of garden furniture, an air conditioner and a bicycle. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with six toilets, a bidet, a bath with shower, four showers and six washbasins.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), two fridge-freezers and a washing machine.

Detailed information

This beautiful villa is located in the village of Rakalj, in the southeastern part of the Istrian peninsula. There are 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms and you can relax in the private pool. This is an excellent choice for large groups.

Within 2 km there are beautiful secluded beaches where you can spend your days relaxing on your towel. The villa is located 27 km from the historic center of Pula, with its lively city life, busy streets and lively atmosphere. Brijuni National Park is a must see for nature lovers.

The villa is surrounded by a large and well-kept land (943 m²) with a private swimming pool and olive trees. There is parking on the fenced property which is accessed through the automatic gate and the interior space is furnished with care and elegance.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
