Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. No heating option. Balcony. Facilities: iron, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.

Single-family house "Kristina (KST411)", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Radovani 11 km from the centre of Kaštelir, 5 km from the centre of Višnjan, 13 km from the centre of Poreč, 13 km from the sea. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 27.Mar. - 05.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (16 m2), garden furniture, barbecue (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 5 km, pebble beach 13 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The house consists of 2 apartments rented as one unit. Each apartment with external and separate entrance.

There is a lake/open water less than 13 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Haus Kristina (KST411) in Radovani you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
