The holiday home for 14 persons has three bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds, ten single beds and a single sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions. In addition there is a garden, a balcony, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a set of garden furniture, a table tennis table, a barbecue, a billiard and a football table and there are eight air conditioners. The badroom is equipped with a bath with shower, three toilets, three washbasins and two showers.

The holiday home has two fridge-freezers, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with two coffee makers, two ovens and two dishwashers.

This detached villa with private pool consists of two comfortable apartments and is located in a quiet residential area just a 5-minute drive from the centre of Pula. The nearest beach is 4 km away, a supermarket and restaurant are within walking distance of the villa.

In the enclosed garden is the swimming pool with hot tub; sun beds and umbrellas are available, as well as a BBQ, table tennis and table football!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
