Private: property 550 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool (7 x 7 m, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 02.Oct.) with internal staircase. Patio, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, fitness room, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 2 km, supermarket 6 km, pebble beach 50 m.

There is a lake/open water less than 50 meter. You can also relax, because near Lucija (ZAD730) in Pridraga you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
