This holiday home for 10 persons has five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a television. In addition there is an air conditioner, a swimming pool, a terrace, a barbecue, a garden and garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot.

The villa is divided into three levels, each thoughtfully designed to provide maximum comfort and privacy:

Basement - A perfect space for relaxation and entertaining. This level features a cozy double bedroom, a charming wine cellar, a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish living and dining area, a modern bathroom and a games room with table tennis and foosball.

Ground Floor - The beating heart of the villa. The spacious living room with fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, while the large covered terrace offers breathtaking views of the pool and garden. This floor also includes three bedrooms (two doubles and one single), an additional fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and two elegant bathrooms.

First Floor - A Private Sanctuary. The luxurious double bedroom on this level has a sofa bed, a private bathroom and a balcony with stunning views of the pool and surrounding countryside.

The villa is set in a peaceful location with a private 36 m² swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Istrian sun. The covered terrace, with its outdoor dining area, is ideal for savoring meals in the open air, while the gas grill offers the opportunity for al fresco cooking. Surrounded by lush Mediterranean greenery, the villa provides a serene and private atmosphere.

WiFi and air conditioning are available throughout the villa, and there are three private parking spaces. The stunning beaches are just 5 km away, offering the chance to enjoy the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea. Local restaurants, cafés, and shops are also within easy reach.

The villa is ideally located for exploring Istria. Just a few minutes away from the historic town of Labin, you can wander through the charming old town, visit local art galleries, and indulge in the region's renowned cuisine. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
