This property is a detached villa with a private swimming pool and is located in east Istria, 2 km from the sea! From this place you have a wonderful view of the endless green landscape and the Kvarner bay. You'll have a large enclosed garden of 1900 m² with play equipment, an infinity swimming pool, sunbeds and a wooden terrace with garden furniture at your disposal. Relax completely in the glass Finnish sauna and bubble bath and enjoy the view.
The town centre is 6 km away, should you like to explore the area on foot and shop for souvenirs. You can pack your swimsuits and head to the seabeach only 2 km away, post which you can buy groceries in the vicinity grab a bite in any of the restaurants just 5 km from your stay.
The villa has a comfortable and attractive interior and large sliding glass doors. You can set up a barbecue during the evenings. All the bedrooms are en suites with attached bathrooms. The home is air-conditioned and equipped with laundry facilities.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
