The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a barbecue, a garden (fenced), an air conditioner and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Private: property 1'100 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (10 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (15 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. There is a lake/open water less than 5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Villa Tonka in Nova Vas you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
