General

The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a terrace, a barbecue, a garden (fenced), an air conditioner, a swimming pool (private, outdoors) and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool (26 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 800 m, pebble beach 6 km, rocky beach 6 km. Nearby attractions: Aquapark 9 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 46 km from the property.

There is a lake/open water less than 6 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Villa Moj Mir in Mihatovići you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
