The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). Momjan 5 km from Buje: Very old, beautiful single-family house "Villa Mirta", 2 storeys, renovated in 2022. In the hamlet Ljubići 6 km from the centre of Buje, 5 km from the centre of Grožnjan, in a quiet, sunny position, 17 km from the sea. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool angular (10 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, hot tub, trampoline, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 6 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 5.1 km, pebble beach 18 km, rocky beach 17 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

There is a lake/open water less than 17 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Villa Mirta in Martinčići you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
