The holiday home for 6 persons has four bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and four televisions. In addition there is a swimming pool, a garden, a terrace, an air conditioner and a trampoline. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, four showers, a steam shower and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a microwave and an oven.

Villa Dolores with private swimming pool is located on the west coast of Istria, in Kloštar, and offers a peaceful holiday experience in a rural atmosphere. The nearest supermarket, bakery and fish market can be found in the charming village of Vrsar (10 km) with narrow streets and nice squares. In Vrsar you will also find a number of beaches. The area is very popular for cyclists because of the cycling routes along Lim Bay (5 km) and viewpoints. On the banks, oysters and mussels are farmed, which you can taste in one of the excellent restaurants in Lim Bay. A restaurant can be found within walking distance.

At Villa Dolores you'll have a garden with swimming pool (filled with sea salt water), sun beds, play equipment and a covered terrace with dining table, barbecue and summer kitchen at your disposal.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and consists of a living room with sitting area and dining table, an open plan kitchen, three bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and an additional bathroom.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
